Toxic vs. Nourishing
These terms toxic and nourishing
show the contrast between the two types of behavior.
Toxic behaviors cause others to feel
devalued, inadequate, angry, frustrated, or guilty.
Nourishing behaviors cause others to
feel valued, capable, loved, respected, and appreciated.

Once I met a person whose behavior
annoyed me. He was my uncle. Actually It was stated that he talked too much but
listen nothing. I feel too much bore in his company.
2.Do they say things inappropriately or at inappropriate times?
Yes, he said things inappropriately. He tried
to praise himself in every field. His conversation did not give me any
advantage. My meeting with that person was only the wastage of time.
3.Are they rude or crude?
His behavior was very rude. His
behavior showed that he cares for no one.
4.Do they have dissimilar interests?
Yes, he has dissimilar interests. He
wasted his time in the improper way.

One I met a person whose behavior
was very friendly. Although I met him first time but his behavior was very
nice. I feel that I am his old friend.
2.What about these people do you like?
Yes, I like these people. The people
like him pay attention to the others views. I like this thing of these people.

He was very supportive person. He
supported me on my right ideology. He tried to guide me at right way.
4.Do they share similar interests?
Yes, he shows similar interests. He
does not waste his time in non-senses. He take great care of his time and
preach to do so.

Yes, he behaves appropriately. He
likes to listen other one.

No, he does not embarrass me. In
fact, he appreciates me on my good task and encourage me to do more and more.
